Clear terms for the current WoluTools service

1. Operator and scope

WoluTools is a product of Woluex, operated by Wilhelm Machholz, Versbacher Str. 229, 97078 Würzburg, Germany. These terms apply to the website, accounts, submitted files, tool results, the free daily allowance, recurring plans and AI credits. Checkout is initially offered only to customers in Germany.

2. Account and service

You must provide accurate account information, confirm your email, keep access credentials secure and have the rights and lawful authority required for every submitted file. WoluTools processes files only for the selected workflow. Tool pages state the supported formats, limits, retention period and result package. Results remain technical assistance and must be reviewed before use.

3. Free allowance, plans and AI credits

Standard tools are available on the free plan for up to 3 successful jobs per account and calendar day (UTC), limited to files up to 10 MB and the smallest job size of each tool. Pro and Business plans remove this limit within fair use. Single results are not sold. AI tools consume AI credits; the credit cost of a job is shown before you unlock the result. Plan credits are granted per billing period and expire at its end; purchased credit packs do not expire. Plan credits are used before purchased credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Prices shown to German customers are final prices. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG.

4. Recurring plans

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically through the payment provider used at checkout (PayPal or Stripe) at the price and interval displayed before approval until cancelled. Plan access and plan credits are granted only after WoluTools receives a verified payment event from PayPal or Stripe. Unused plan credits do not roll over. You can cancel in your workspace at any time; cancellation stops future charges, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and remaining plan credits are not converted into cash or permanent credits.

5. Contract and immediate performance

Before a credit pack purchase or subscription you must accept these terms and expressly request immediate performance. You also acknowledge that a statutory withdrawal right may expire once the service has been fully performed. Approval at PayPal or Stripe alone does not prove a successful payment. WoluTools grants paid access only according to verified provider status.

6. Failed jobs and refunds

A verified technical failure does not count against the free daily allowance and does not consume AI credits; reserved credits are released. If WoluTools cannot provide a purchased credit pack or plan, the applicable payment is cancelled, released or refunded. A result is not defective merely because it reports errors in the submitted material or because a user does not prefer a technically correct finding.

7. Fair use and availability

You may not use the service unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, defeat security or quotas, submit malicious material or impair availability. WoluTools may block a job or account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Maintenance and changes may occur; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Liability

WoluTools is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulently concealed defects and liability required by law. For negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability for ordinary negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Law, contact and account closure

German law applies, without removing mandatory protections of a consumer's country of residence. Jurisdiction is agreed only where legally permitted. Contact info@wolutools.com for support, plan cancellation, account closure or contractual questions.

Product Image Batch Editor and Image Compressor

The image tools process only the files and output settings selected by the user. They do not remove backgrounds, retouch or generate image content, guarantee marketplace approval, or guarantee that every target file size is technically reachable. Target-size results are successful only when they do not exceed the selected limit. Users must review generated files before publishing or distributing them.

Users retain their rights in uploaded images and generated results and grant WoluTools only the limited permission needed to receive, process, secure and delete them. Users must have the rights and lawful authority required for uploaded image content.

E-Invoice Validator boundary

The E-Invoice Validator checks existing structured invoices against the rule versions shown in its report. It does not create an e-invoice from a visual PDF, submit an invoice, provide tax, accounting or legal advice, or guarantee acceptance by a recipient. Users remain responsible for invoice content and must review every finding and repaired copy before use. Safe repair never changes business values and is unavailable for signed documents.

Document Version Comparator boundary

The comparator identifies technical differences between two source files. It does not interpret contractual meaning, assess legal risk, recommend accepting a revision or guarantee detection of every semantic, OCR, formatting or visual difference. Users must review important findings against both unchanged source documents.

Secure PDF Redaction boundary

The redaction tool applies user-confirmed technical removals and reports deterministic checks. It does not decide what is confidential, guarantee that every sensitive fact was selected, determine whether context reveals the same information, provide legal advice or certify compliance. Users must visually review the final PDF and remain responsible for the authority and lawful basis to share it.

PDF Accessibility Preflight boundary

The preflight reports machine-verifiable findings and applies only user-confirmed changes to existing PDF structures. It does not create a missing tag tree, determine reading order, write meaningful alternative text, interpret tables, certify PDF/UA, WCAG, BFSG/EAA or ADA compliance, or replace expert and assistive-technology testing.

Google Merchant Feed Validator

The validator performs a file-level product-data audit using the documented ruleset and selected context. It does not inspect Merchant Center account diagnostics, destination websites, policy compliance or live item approval and does not guarantee acceptance by Google. Users must review findings and corrected exports before submitting or publishing them.

WoluTools never invents missing identifiers, prices, stock values, brands, URLs or descriptions. Users retain their rights in uploaded feed data and must have the rights and authority needed to process it.

Landlord Service Charge Calculator

The landlord tool is a calculation and documentation aid for ordinary residential properties within the published country and unit limits. It does not interpret rental contracts, decide whether a cost may legally be passed to a tenant, provide legal or tax advice, or guarantee a legally compliant or error-free statement. Country modules provide technical calculation guidance and do not replace documented professional legal or tax review.

Users remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of evidence, tenancy information, readings, prepayments, allocation choices and final statement review. They must have a lawful basis and the necessary authority to process tenant data. Mandatory rights and liability required by law remain unaffected.
