Fair use: Pro and Business accounts can run up to 200 standard jobs a day. Without the 10 MB cap, each tool’s own maximum applies; the largest file checks accept up to 1 GB.
AI credits
1 credit = 1 small AI job. Larger documents or batches cost 2–4 credits. Each AI tool shows its cost before the job starts. If a job fails, the reserved credits are released.

FAQ
The 37 free tools run in your browser with no limit and no account. The 115 standard tools give you 3 successful jobs a day. 44 of them run without an account (a guest session is created in the background); the others need a free account. Free jobs accept files up to 10 MB, up to 3 files and 50 pages per job, and the smallest job size of each tool (a few tools have lower limits, shown on their page). The Anti-KI Text Humanizer has its own shared daily limit.
For AI tools, for buying credit packs, for a Pro or Business plan and for 72 of the standard tools (a free account is enough; each tool page says so). The 37 free tools and the 3 free jobs a day on 44 standard tools work without one.
Yes. Free jobs from one internet connection, and with it one IP address, are capped at 6 a day in total, for example in an office or on public Wi-Fi. If several people there use free jobs, the cap can be reached before each of them has used 3. Jobs on Pro or Business do not count toward it.
Instead of 3 free jobs, one Pro or Business account can run up to 200 standard jobs a day. The count starts again the next day.
The 10 MB free cap does not apply. Each tool then allows its full job size; the largest file checks accept files up to 1 GB.
Only the 37 AI tools. 1 credit is one small AI job; larger documents or batches cost 2 to 4 credits. The cost is shown before a job starts. Free tools and standard tools never use credits.
Purchased credit packs never expire. Credits included in Pro or Business are used first and expire at the end of each billing period.
Failed jobs are never counted against your 3 free daily jobs. For AI tools, the reserved credits are released, so a failed job costs nothing.
A failed job never uses a free job or credits. If WoluTools cannot provide a plan or credit pack you paid for, the payment is cancelled, released or refunded. Section 6 of the terms has the details.
At midnight UTC. Unused free jobs do not roll over to the next day.
In your workspace, at any time. The plan stays active until the paid period ends and then does not renew. Purchased credits stay in your account.
No. Displayed euro prices are final prices. No VAT is charged under the small-business rule of § 19 UStG.
With PayPal or by card through Stripe. Checkout is currently available to customers in Germany. Plans renew through the provider you paid with until you cancel, and the renewal price is shown again before you approve.
