A finished video, not another editing project
Start with the files you already have
YouTube cannot publish an ordinary audio file as a normal video upload. WoluTools combines one MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC or OGG source with an optional static cover and a deliberately simple visual layout. There is no timeline, layer stack or account connection to learn. You enter the episode title, an optional supporting line and choose the output size before processing.
Four layouts cover the useful cases. Clean static cover preserves resources for long recordings. Animated waveform adds visible audio movement. Spectrum and progress creates a denser music-oriented visual. Podcast episode card keeps artwork and episode identity prominent. The browser preview and worker use the same versioned settings, while the final FFmpeg output is independently probed before packaging.
Use conventional upload-ready streams
The final MP4 uses H.264 High Profile, a 16:9 frame, progressive 4:2:0 video, AAC-LC stereo audio at 48 kHz and MP4 Fast Start. Users can request 1920 × 1080, 1280 × 720 or both. Static layouts support audio up to 180 minutes; animated layouts stop at 90 minutes so one creator job cannot monopolise the shared server indefinitely.
Audio is necessarily encoded to AAC for the video package. The tool does not transcribe, translate, denoise, master or invent wording. An existing UTF-8 SRT or WebVTT file can be validated and included separately, never silently burned into the video or rewritten. Missing captions remain a visible choice, not generated content.
Keep the result reviewable
The ZIP contains each selected MP4, a matching cover frame, optional captions, confirmed settings and an export manifest. The manifest records the source audio hash, exact byte sizes, output hashes, codec facts, layout and engine versions. Original audio is excluded. The next recommended step is the separate Upload Preflight, which checks the resulting file rather than assuming a successful render means a platform will accept it.
