One focused workflow

From bounded input to evidence you can review

  1. Add the source.Accepted inputs are CSV, CSV.GZ, ZIP. The visible limit is 25 files · 64 MB total.
  2. Confirm the job.Every assigned source number, selected filename and setting stays visible before the confirmed SHA-256 input hash is accepted. Product-specific mappings remain explicit settings rather than guessed roles.
  3. Process in isolation.A one-job networkless sandbox receives only this job and cannot access accounts, queues, encryption keys or other customer storage.
  4. Review exact findings.Analyze confirmed FOCUS, AWS, Azure or GCP CSV exports for service concentration, allocation gaps and row-level review candidates using exact decimals.
  5. Download the evidence.HTML, protected cost-summary and review-candidate CSV files, technical JSON and manifest Every output hash is covered by the coordinator-created manifest.

What this product does not claim

Cloud Cost Export Analyzer FAQ

Which billing exports can I upload?

The analyzer reads FOCUS, AWS, Azure and GCP cost exports as CSV, gzipped CSV or a ZIP holding them, up to 25 files and 64 MB in total.

How are the cost totals calculated?

Amounts are summed with exact decimal arithmetic instead of floating point. Every subtotal in the report can be traced back to the source rows that produced it.

What counts as an allocation gap?

A billing row whose cost-centre or tag field the export leaves empty. Those rows are listed separately with their spend, so you can see how much cost currently has no owner.

Can it compare two billing periods?

No. This version reads the export you supply on its own. It does not diff one month against another and it does not ingest a separate allocation mapping file.

What do I get back?

An HTML report, a protected cost-summary CSV, a review-candidate CSV, technical JSON and a manifest that covers the hash of every output file.
