Make an HTML email signature for Gmail and Outlook
Your details, logo and links
You enter your name, job title, company and contact details, and add a logo and social links if you want them. For the logo, a PNG or SVG under 200 KB with a transparent background works best. Everything runs in your browser. Your details and logo are not sent to a server, and there is no account and no job limit.
Table-based HTML you paste into your client
You choose a horizontal or stacked layout and watch the preview change. The builder writes table-based HTML with inline styles, because Outlook on Windows renders email with Word's engine and ignores modern layout. It is built to render in Gmail on web and mobile, Outlook 2016 and later, Apple Mail and Thunderbird. Copy the HTML, open your mail settings and paste it. Step-by-step notes for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail come with it.
Logo hosting, fonts and icons
A hosted logo keeps the signature small, but some company mail systems block external images. An embedded logo avoids that but makes the signature larger, and some clients strip it. You choose which one to use. Fonts are limited to web-safe stacks such as Arial, Georgia, Verdana and Tahoma, since most clients ignore custom web fonts. Social links use small PNG icons at 16 or 20 pixels, or plain text links if you prefer.
Questions before you run it
Which email clients are supported?
The generated signature uses table-based HTML that renders correctly in Gmail (web and mobile), Outlook (2016+, 365, web), Apple Mail, Thunderbird and most other clients that support HTML signatures.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Upload a logo image and it will be embedded as a hosted URL or base64 data URI. For best results, use a PNG or SVG under 200 KB with a transparent background.
Is my data stored anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Your name, title, logo and contact details are not sent to any server.
Can I use custom fonts?
Email clients have very limited font support. The builder uses web-safe font stacks (Arial, Georgia, Verdana, etc.) that render consistently across clients. Custom web fonts are intentionally not offered because most clients ignore them.
How do I install the signature in Gmail or Outlook?
Copy the generated HTML, open your email client's signature settings, and paste. The builder includes step-by-step instructions for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
