Finding conflicts between your company policies
What you upload
You upload your policies as PDF, DOCX or CSV. The limit applies to the whole set: up to 4,000 words and 64,000 extracted characters per run. Split a larger set by topic and run each part on its own. This is an AI tool, so it needs an account and credits. The cost is shown before you start.
What you get and how to check it
You get a conflict workbook, a terminology CSV, a list of broken references and an evidence page. Conflicts cover retention periods, amounts, dates, role names and cross-references. Each one shows the two quoted passages side by side, so you can check them against the originals. Dates, amounts and names are kept exactly as written. A broken reference points to a section or annex that is not in the set.
Your wording and the final call
You can upload an approved terms CSV. The terminology check then compares your policies against the words your organisation has agreed on. Every finding is a candidate for a person to judge, not a breach. The tool does not say which statement is right or which rule applies. It is not legal advice, so a qualified reviewer should decide before the policies are signed off.
Questions before you run it
What kind of conflicts does it actually find?
Retention periods, amounts, dates, role names and cross-references that disagree between documents, each shown with the two quoted passages beside one another.
Does a finding mean our policy set is non-compliant?
No. Every semantic finding is a candidate for a reviewer to judge. The tool takes no view on which statement is correct or which regulation applies, and it is not legal advice.
Can I supply our own approved wording?
Yes. An approved terms CSV lets the terminology pass compare the policies against the vocabulary your organisation has settled on.
What counts as a broken reference here?
A pointer to a section, annex or policy number that does not exist anywhere in the uploaded pack. Those are listed separately from wording conflicts.
Does the word limit apply per document or to the whole pack?
To the pack as a whole, along with the extracted character cap. Split a large set by topic and run each part on its own.
