Specific answers about output behaviour, limits and deletion.

Can I merge several PDFs?

Yes, with Pro. Pages from up to 20 uploaded PDFs can be placed into one confirmed output order. The free tier takes 1 PDF per job.

Can I duplicate a page?

Yes. The same source page can appear more than once in the output sequence.

Can I remove pages?

Yes. Any source page omitted from the confirmed output list is not included in the result.

Can I rotate individual pages?

Yes. Each selected output page can use 0, 90, 180 or 270 degrees.

Can I see and move several pages together?

Yes. The private workspace shows real page previews, supports drag and drop, accessible earlier/later buttons and bulk actions for selected pages.

Can I insert a blank page?

Yes. Add an A4 or Letter blank page after the current selection, then move or rotate it like any other page.

Does organizing rasterize the PDF?

No. The organizer copies PDF pages and does not intentionally turn them into images.

Which document features may change?

Page content and page annotations are copied, but bookmarks, document-level forms, signatures and internal destinations across rearranged documents are not promised. Signed PDFs are rejected before a job is counted.

What is included in the ZIP?

The ZIP contains the organized PDF, a human-readable HTML report, a formula-safe CSV page map and JSON manifests with the output hash and exact sequence.

When are uploads deleted?

Original PDFs are deleted immediately after processing. The generated ZIP expires after 24 hours.
