Do I need an account, and what does it cost?
Yes, a free account with a confirmed email address, also for the preview. The preview of 3 reviews uses no credits. The full download costs 2 AI credits per job of up to 200 reviews, about €0.47 to €0.70 with a credit pack. Credits come from a plan (Pro includes 40 a month) or from a pack, starting with 20 credits for €6.99.
Where do the analysed reviews come from?
From the CSV you upload and nowhere else. The tool does not collect reviews from marketplaces, identify customers or infer anything about who wrote them.
How is each review labelled?
Every review gets one main topic and a positive, neutral, negative or mixed sentiment. A single label keeps the overview readable, but it flattens a long review that praises the product and criticises delivery in the same paragraph.
What does the quoted evidence do?
Each label links back to the exact sentence it came from, so you can return to the full review whenever a label looks too simple. Nothing in the output is an invented customer story.
Are the percentages representative of my customers?
They describe only the rows you supplied. Small samples are flagged for that reason, and repeated reviews skew the counts, so read the duplicate-source warnings before drawing a conclusion.
What are the suggested investigations for?
They are questions worth looking into, not instructions to act on. Do not change prices or business policy on the strength of a topic count alone.
