What does my CSV need to contain?
One page per row, with its URL, topic and what that page actually offers. Descriptive columns work well; analytics identifiers give the writer nothing to describe. A care guide should read differently from a shop category selling the same plant.
How long are the generated titles and descriptions?
Titles are limited to sixty characters and descriptions to 160 characters. Those are working limits on the output, not a promise about the snippet a search engine decides to display.
What does the duplicate check tell me?
It flags rows whose titles came out too similar, which usually means those pages need more distinctive source information. Fix the input rather than only rewording the result.
Does the tool crawl my site or push metadata live?
No. It reads the CSV you upload, nothing else. No URLs are submitted for indexing and no CMS is changed. Your original columns stay beside the generated text so you can map rows back to the right URL.
Does it come with keyword data or ranking predictions?
No keyword volumes and no ranking guarantee. Compare each suggestion with the live page and remove any claim about availability, delivery or quality that the page does not support.
Give every page its own facts and search intent
Create a CSV with one page per row. Include its URL, topic and the information or product actually offered on that page. Select descriptive columns rather than analytics identifiers. A page about indoor basil care should receive different wording from a shop category selling seeds. The original columns remain beside the generated metadata so you can match the copy to the correct URL.
Generated titles are limited to sixty characters and descriptions to 160 characters. These are working limits for the output, not promises about the exact snippet a search engine will display. Duplicate-title warnings help identify rows that need more distinctive source information. Compare the wording with the live page and remove claims about availability, delivery or quality that the page does not support.
The tool writes suggestions; it does not crawl your website, change your CMS or submit URLs for indexing. It also does not provide keyword-volume data or a ranking guarantee. Test the import mapping with a small selection before updating a whole site. For product pages, establish accurate product facts first; for multilingual pages, review translated terminology separately.
